$10.00 per Signature Hours: M-F 10:00 a.m. to  5:30 p.m. Saturday’s 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Loan Document Signing

$125.00    Home Appointment

$75.00    Escrow/Title Company appointment

$50.00    Additional sets of loan documents (2^nd Mtg, HELOC’s

             etc.) to be signed at the same time and date by same  party

$30.00    Cancellation fee (2 hours or less prior to schedule

             appointment)

$10.00     Messenger Fee for local pick-up and drop-off (each)

Mobile Notary Services limited to a 5 mile radius from our office

Individual Document Signing

$50.00   Travel fee:  Home appointment

$25.00   Travel fee: Escrow/Title Company appointment

PLUS –

$10.00 Notary fee: Per Signature, per page being notarized

$30.00  Cancellation fee (2 hours or less prior to scheduled  appointment)

(Individual Document Signing total of Travel fee Plus Notary fee  will

not exceed maximum charge of $100.00 per family, in same household, per appointment)
